In our collaboration with Endo Projects, we are very satisfied with the accuracy and punctuality demonstrated by their team. 'We use the services of Endo Projects approximately every month. What we highly appreciate is the excellent and fast service. Within a day, we are assisted. It takes 6 to 8 weeks before the repaired endoscope is back in our endoscope fleet. Common sense tells us that this speed is not possible when offering this quality of repairs. Additionally, Endo Projects provides a replacement endoscope that is equivalent to the one being repaired. This is crucial for the doctors we work with. Finally, the friendliness of the Endo Projects staff is very noticeable. Nothing is too much to ask, and everything is handled quickly and with a smile.

In the past, we collaborated with another company for the repair of our endoscopes, but over time, we no longer received a replacement endoscope. For a small hospital like ours, this is crucial since we do not have many spare endoscopes. Therefore, the collaboration with that company was discontinued, and we chose Endo Projects.

I have only one suggestion for improvement: the free endoscope check for customers and the training sessions should be highlighted more! I was not initially aware that these were also part of the comprehensive services of Endo Projects. Recently, we had our first endoscope check performed by Endo Projects. After this check, we quickly received the report and knew the next day where we could optimize our endoscope fleet.'

'Recently, we received a question from a professor who regularly goes to Congo. He set up a local research unit there to guarantee endoscopic research for the local population. Working in this unit are local specialists who really appreciate being able to expand their pool of endoscopes, thanks to this collaboration. Since social security is not always sufficiently developed and the local population does not have sufficient resources, this project is a heartwarming gesture to make it possible for patients to be examined and treated. The professor asked Endo Projects to have a video bronchoscope, which he had accepted as a gift, repaired for use in Congo.

As Endo Projects is eager to commit to humanitarian causes, we had this endoscope checked in our lab for any possible damage and a meticulous overhaul was performed. We then gave a considerable discount on this repair, so that we too contributed our bit to the progress of this developing country.

Cooperating with our lab, we managed to get this repair done on very short notice, so that the professor could start his humanitarian mission on time with a reconditioned endoscope and we could contribute to supporting the charity. Moreover, Endo Project provided an assortment of endoscopy supplies (such as brushes, biopsy forceps...), so that the doctors in Congo now have the necessary material to ensure the proper use and thorough cleaning of the endoscopes.'
